2025 Virtual Hapalua & King’s Runner Results

Take on the 2026 Virtual King’s Runner 10k and Hapalua and complete your distance however and whenever you like over two months between March 1 and May 10. Every participant receives a race shirt and medal delivered right to their door. Run your race in one go or break it up into multiple sessions—it’s entirely up to you.

Which distances will be there be in the Virtual Hapalua?

• King’s Runner 10k
• Hapalua Half Marathon

When can I  submit my race evidence?
March 1 – May 10

Do I have to run the half-marathon or 10k in one day?
If you need more than one day to complete the distance, simply add up your total time and enter that in the submission field.

Can anyone enter the Virtual events?
Yes, anyone can enter the Virtual Hapalua Festival. 

How do I run a virtual race? How do I track and upload my results?
You can run or walk your virtual race anywhere you choose!
It could be in your neighborhood, on a treadmill or on vacation!

You can record your run using any fitness app, or write it down on a pen and paper. However you want to record your run, we don’t mind! Just input the total time it took you to run the distance you registered for once you have finished!

Do I have to run the virtual race on a particular date?
You can run your event distance anytime between March 1 – May 10.

Can I run my virtual race on a treadmill?
Yes! We don’t ask for evidence so there’s no need to send a picture of the time you’ve done

Can I enter more than one event distance?
Yes, you can enter both distances and complete the Big Kukini Challenge.

What is the deadline to register?
If there are still places left, You can register right up until the event starts on March 1. There are entry limits for each event so it’s better to enter early!

Can I register my family and friends to run?
Yes, you can register more than one person at a time.

Can I change my race distance after I register?
No, transfers are not available on the virtual. 

If I complete the virtual event, will I get the finishers medals and event shirt?
Yes, we will mail these to your home address.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the Hapalua Virtual Festival is a global event; we will gladly ship pretty much anywhere in the world.

Will there be age group awards?
No, since everyone will be running at different places and under different conditions, we won’t do age group awards for the virtual race.
